Okay, so it doesn't look too bad. Actually, considering my "pie skills", i'd say it's pretty darn good! Matt's been working hard lately, hours are picking up, so we'll save this for after dinner tonite. The kids are going to get to make some french fries, a first for them. I got out the ol' granpapy frier. Shhh....but I hope to make some "home fries" too, out of sweet potatoes. Yum!

That is one fine looking pie, Lori!--my grandma had rhubarb in her garden and always referred to it as "pie plant," which is the way I remember it best.
Good Luck with homeschooling!--it would appear you've really done your own homework about it...looking forward to following everyone's progress!
